Once upon a time, the world was united in a supercontinent called Pangea, separated randomly through time due to tectonic drift.

Although the division could have taken alternative shapes, fences and walls are being built today around the planet to reinforce these boundaries.

We use labels to differentiate us and let official documents define who we are.

Bureaucracy, frontiers and fences are the outset for the Manifesto collection. Presented as 17th-century Dutch still-life paintings, the jewelry pieces transpose these elements into beautiful objects, giving them a more purposeful meaning.

Paper folding and weaving, rusting metal mesh and the continents' silhouette stimulate the exploration of texture and the interplay of light and shadow on the metal.

Behind this project lies a declaration of intentions to trigger a reflection about the social and political world at present.
